love???


LOVE ???


“What is LOVE?” a simple question with a vague meaning, that has the power to revolve minds. a popular question among the teens. despite watching various romantic movies, reading  love stories and observing lovers in real life, a general meaning of love is what I look for as I walk, sleep, dream! The world is enveloped by love, yet it is difficult to figure the meaning of love. The grey haired say its accepting one another with flaws. Whereas the cool teens define it as enjoying the company of someone and having someone beside you.
Not satisfied with these definition of love, one day as I was walking by during a stormy cold with as much clothes as possible to keep myself safe .before it was a mile that I had covered, just underneath a faint yellow street  light I saw a women who was smiling at herself, I found it strange but when I approached closer I saw her daughter sleeping soundly covered with a torn rug. The women hardly had any clothes, she used them to warm her daughter and that was the reason behind her smile.
That moment helped me redefine myself had been stupid to be searching for love all around when it was so close. but the definition I got was totally contrasting to the definitions I had known. you don’t need to go anywhere to find love, you just need to go and see YOR MOTHERS EYES. thats where you won’t fail to find love. The greatest love is the love from your mother.
To everyone who has been suffering from low self-esteem just because they are single and not yet in love. Having your family and friends beside you doesn’t make you single. feel blessed ,and love the ones who love u. Remember  WHAT IS ESSENTIAL IS INVISIBLE TO THE NAKED EYES  :)

    ya, dilasha i totally agree with you. i live far away from my home alone in this monster city. i sometimes find myself very depressed as i dont have any girl friend but those felling all gets vanished when i talk to my parents and family. so, i think our family is the first love for all.

    thank u so much chandan!! whenever u feel depressed just think about the people who love you,n u will have a smile on your face.not necessarily girlfriends can change your mood!! this long years u have lived your life with the love of your family and friends ,u still can live.distance means little when love towards someone means so much :)

    I agree too. Love need not be limited to one person. And a single small act can be termed as love too :)
    You have expressed the meaning of love so simply through this. I actually feel happy reading this and the girl in search of 'the meaning of love' is satisfied:)

    I agree-it's not necessary to always confine LOVE in that narrow space.Love's a wide term & sometimes I feel sick, the way people make you feel.
