rollercoaster from hell

Rollercoaster from Hell
On a bright sunny Saturday, I decided to catch up with my dearest girl pals. I called them and we decide to meet in our same old place; the usual café where we used to spend most of our times chatting, giggling, drinking hot coffee and just looking out of the window on the road outside sometimes. Life has now become very hectic; we not only have a business to manage but also a family to look after. There is no time to go for dance parties and pubs or just wander around the streets for window shopping. The passion is still there but it’s not as thrilling as it used to be. I’ve achieved a lot but I’ve lost touch with my mates.
These thoughts keep on popping on my mind as I wait for my friends in the café. Sneha is the first one to show up and to show up and after sometimes all the other girls follow up. We talk about the college days and cherish those precious moments. Then suddenly someone brings the idea to visit the fun park. We all agree and head towards the park. Everyone gets fascinated by a giant rollercoaster and without much thought we rush to the counter and the tickets. Smriti sits next to me, I fasten the seatbelt. Smriti warns me not to vomit like I did the last time, I just smile. In no time the roller coaster reaches up, that was fun, I thought. Then it speeds up immediately, everyone starts screaming, I was just loving it. But after sometimes I feel dizzy, I want the roller coaster to stop, but no it moves on. It throws us from this corner to that and keeps us upside down. Smriti holds me tight, I thought I’d just breakdown. Finally after sometime it stops and I find myself stuck in the middle. Gradually it reaches at the end and everyone comes out of it.
I thank god for being alive and promise to myself that I’ll never go for such wild rides ever in my life. It was really a “Rollercoaster From Hell”.

  1. Its a nice story, and I loved the way how you got deeply in this story and expressed as if it happened in real. Just go on writing...
