Experience of Welcome Party

The welcome program for 1^st semester and the farewell program for 8^th semester were held on 21^st January. The venue was in the Celebration, Naxal. I thought the program would be at the hall. But it was in the party palace. The program started at 12:30 pm.

The program started with the Mr. and Ms. Freshers competition. After then there was a musical performance by the seniors. It was good and I was enjoying myself. There were many musical and dance performances which were enjoyable. During the program I and my friends felt so hungry that we were tried to go outside. But the guards didn’t allow us to go out. Due to hungry I couldn’t concentrate in the program.

At 5 pm the food was served and we hurriedly went to eat. All of us were busy eating. After having the food we continued to watch program. There was dance performance by the 8^th sem student. It was the last performance. After the dance performance dance party began. We danced a lot and enjoyed too. The dance party went till 7 pm.

Overall the program was good. I enjoyed the program. But felt a bit sad as well because while coming back home on the way the traffic caught my bike for riding on the one way road. So, the traffic took my license. I felt a little embarrassed. However, my experience of the welcome party was good.
